I grew up watching my father work in his garage, surrounded by machines and tools. From a young age, I was fascinated by how things work, which naturally led me to pursue mechanical engineering at NBKR Institute of Science and Technology. Over the past 10 years, I have been teaching mechanical engineering students—helping graduates prepare for exams like GATE and ESE, and guiding them beyond academics to find true satisfaction in their career paths.

My teaching style is simple and clear because I want my students to truly understand and feel motivated. I believe education is not just about earning money; it’s about living a better and more meaningful life. Over the years, I noticed many students choose careers based on pressure from others rather than understanding themselves. That sparked a desire in me to help young people make informed, confident career decisions.

That’s why I started Dhrion. The name combines Dhruv, the brightest star, and a lion, a true leader—because I believe everyone’s career should shine brightly, and everyone should lead their life with confidence and courage. At Dhrion, we use psychometric assessments to discover the real personality of each student and recommend career paths that truly fit them.

I rely on self-motivation and discipline to push through life’s challenges. No one else can fight your battles; it’s up to you. This belief keeps me going every day. I also practice bodybuilding regularly—it reminds me that consistency and dedication in small things lead to success in bigger goals.

My vision for Dhrion is simple: to be the go-to place for anyone seeking the right career path. I want to help students from all backgrounds, including those from less privileged or rural areas. We plan to organize seminars and growth programs to guide them better. For me, success is not a final destination but a continuous journey of learning and growth. I want to leave behind a legacy of happy lives, where no one suffers from lack of guidance the way I once did.
